Do Not Order From Them!
Placed order 0118/2021. Received email the following day for a slight delay in shipping with an expected ship date of 02/26/2021.
After ship date passed I tried multiple times by email and phone and received no response.
I filled a complaint with BBB and that finally got a response out of them on 03/17/2021 asking if I wanted a refund or to wait for shipment on 04/26/2021, order still not received as of today (05/3/2021). Finally refunded after re-opening BBB claim.

Ordered a board, started receiving the runaround on shipping and told it would finally arrive by 3/31/21. I have left numerous emails and voicemails and no response.
Website says they'll respond within 15-min.
What a joke! I'm pretty sure they closed shop and now out the money.

I ordered a white board in Sept of 2020 and not only did not receive anything but also, have had ZERO response from them in terms of tracking info, delivery info, nothing. I am calling the Better Business Bureau about this as I'm suspecting this is a fraudulent company.
I've left countless voicemails and emails and no response ever.
Unreal. Do not buy from this company.

Over a month ago I ordered a 6'x4' dry-erase board of which I haven't yet received. Days after I inquire about the status, I get a message that the board is once again on back order.
Upon another inquiry, I was told that the board was in transit to their warehouse and that it would immediately be shipped to me. Of course this didn't happen. Last week I sent another inquiry and predictably received an untimely response that it was to be shipped within 24 hours. Now, several days later, the status is still reflecting that the board will be shipped within 24 hours.
These guys are clearly misleading paying customers regarding the actual status of the item. I suspect they are having financial issues where they aren't paying their manufacturer and/or have no clue as to supply chain management, or simply don't care about their customer service. I've again tried to reach them via vm and email and have not received any response.
This is a huge embarrassment since this order was for one of my clients. Based on their behavior of not responding to customer issues, I'm sure it will be a drawn out process for me to receive a full refund.

Unprofessional
We ordered a large whiteboard on 8/27/2020. The email confirmation we received said it would take 3-5 days to be delivered.
Because we needed a small truck to deliver it to our neighborhood, I suspected it would take a bit longer. However, two weeks on and no word from the company. When I emailed to inquire, I was told that none of the delivery drivers have small trucks. They never bothered to tell us this.
Had I not inquired, this company would have kept the payment without delivering the product.
When I asked for a refund they addressed me profanely. This company is inexcusably unprofessional.

Nonpayment of Freight Bills
Our brokerage was shipping for Ernie Arias and got stuck with thousands of dollars in accessorial charges and unpaid freight bills.
From what we gather, this is not the first time they have done this. This is a warning to any company researching Pegasus AV, Pegasus Audio Visual Products, Pegasus Whiteboard Products. The reason these white boards are so cheap is that they never pay their freight bills.

Glad to have seen this. We ended up getting a collections call and filed a chargeback on our credit card and paid for the freight directly with the broker.
