Poor engineering

Galvanic Electrolysis caused by mixed alloy materials. any engineer should know you can't mix non similar metals without expecting electrolysis to set in and it fall apart, Now they have claimed its not their faucet when its clearly marked Pegasus, however upon trying to re-contact them their contact info has been changed or not existent.

User's recommendation: Don't buy Pegasus.

Both the cartriges leak

i had removed the sink from the bathroom for a remodel which took an extra year because my mom died reinstalled the sink and saw both sides dripped slowly dont know if the rubber dried out or what

Poor customer support

I have been over 6 MONTHS trying to get Pegasus to follow through with the warranty on a faucet! I call Home Depot and get no support, just transferred from department to department. I have no luck dealing directly with Pegasus. So much for their warranty!

User's recommendation: I would not buy this product again.

I just called their customer support to see if they had a matching part. The woman told me she couldn't look it up and to check on the Home Depot website.

In the middle of me explaining I did that first, she hung up on me. I love Home Depot, but this company has extremely poor customer service.

Carteridge

Plumber said faucet could not be fixed for the carteridge. We also have a water softener since we moved in to the home and was told due to the corrosion we would need a new faucet and I thought Pegasus warrantied products for life.
