This pathetic company does not have the decency to respond. I would be happy if they just told me off.

But not responding is a testament to the fact that they are a rip off and they do not care. They accepted a fee for their service, yet they did not provide and will not stand behind their product.

I would tell everyone to avoid them. I contacted the BBB but since they are not an American company, they cannot do anything.I wish Elton John was made aware of this issue since he was a spokesperson for them.Horrible company and people working for them

We ordered PEEX on 01/4/2020 for an Elton John concert on May 22, 2020. The concert was cancelled due to COVID. I asked for a refund and got no response. Then the concert was rescheduled, so I did not pursue the refund. The concert was rescheduled for 4/20/2022. I send them multiple emails to ensure our order was still good and received no response. We attended the concert on 4/20/2022 and there was no PEEX booth. I again requested a refund and did not receive any response. This is very poor and I want to warn everyone not to use them if this is how they do business
