I've repeatedly to pay my bill online. Every time there's problem on your end. First time my password was illegal. What exactly does that mean? The second time my passwords didn't match. Maybe if you should provide the option to see what I typed. It's ridiculous. I usually call your 800 number. As a full time caregiver I'm lucky if I remember to eat. Nevermind making a phone calls. I've been a customer for years and never had an issue. For that reason I will attempt it ONE LAST TIME BEFORE I CANCEL.

I received a 1099 tax form for money I was not paid. The company filed this and Im sure it will be impossible to get the IRS to correct it.

Have been trying for hours to get through to peerless about my auto policy in maine-i've left messages because the offices are closed-noone has called back-itherefore i am cancelling my auto policy

i have tried to reach an agent for days-offices closed because of covid-i am cancelling my auto policy #33pw961031 with peerless.operator was nice but noone EVER PICKED UP ALL DAY!how are you supposed to get through if the office is closed?left messages several times-i'm cancelling as of today

You insured my house from 2000 until 2013 , when you dropped me. In May 2006, I had had my in ground oil tank removed, and a slight leak was found. I was told to contact my insurance company, which i did. You sent out a crew which took soil samples. They told me that the readings they got, were so low, that it was probably the water evaporating from the samples. I have heard nothing since then. The reason why i am contacting you is that i need copies of the paper work, including the name of the company that took the samples, for when i eventually sell my house. This is my third request. In 2018 minor damage to my car. Submitted a claim to my ins(Peerless), who then was to submit a claim against the property owner's ins co for my deductible only. I didn't ask for the full amount of the damage. It took 8 months for the claim to even be submitted properly and accordingly! The claim was under negligence on the part of the property owner, as they had been made aware of the dangerous conditions multiple times prior to and did nothing. No sand, no cones, nothing...Since Liberty Mutual and Peerless are "sister" insurance companies guess how long it took to get a negative response to my claim....certainly wasn't the 8 months it took to submit the claim! *** poor service from Peerless as they certainly dropped the ball and *** poor service from Liberty Mutual for not owning to a negligence claim! Wtf

My nephew is purchasing a home and the mortgage company(bank of america) is currently requesting an estimate by an insurance agent on the annual cost of a policy.
