Allow theft and provide zero support
Beyond countless times they've delivered food late and smashed up inside the container, today they let a driver get away with stealing my food. Today, just like every other time, the support person insinuated I was lying and closed the chat so we could no longer communicate.
Do not use PedidosYa.
You will have your money stolen in one manner or another. Absolutely incompetent and unethical.

I didn’t get an order and then the app stopped working
The driver said he dropped it off but the person didnt receive the food and I tried to report this then the app wont work anymore
