I purchased a gold fancy sleigh from store #4616 on 1/1/23 and was charged the incorrect price by the cashier. I went back to the store on 1/2/23 with my receipt and the sleigh.
The tag on the sleigh said was $8.99 now $3.99. I dont know your rules on labeling merchandise. The cashier told me that it wasnt labeled correctly. When I purchased it the cashier did not say anything about it not being labeled correctly she just rang it up for $8.99.
I would not have purchased it for $8.99. She called the manager of the store and tried to call the booth owner but could not get through to them. She told me I would have to come back on Wednesday when the manager is there. Gas is not cheap nor is my time.
The price was clearly changed by the person who wrote the tag originally, the handwriting is the same. I will be glad to send pictures. This is extremely poor customer service. For $5.00, I would have gladly refunded the $5.00 and taken it up with the booth owner to correct the problem.
From this point on I will watch carefully what the cashiers are ringing up, no telling how much money we have lost over the many times we have shopped there, because I dont usually check my receipts. But I will from now on. It was booth #16.

Complaint
I was refused service because an employee who works at the peddlers mall doesn't like who I am due to myself being related to one of her ex-boyfriends. I tried to contact customer service who also told me she couldn't help me. So I will be getting a lawyer and proceeding further.

Stay away from Peddlers Mall In Clarksville, Indiana. Owners *** fix the air & it's hot as *** inside! Not a healthy place to be shopping!
Vendor's Village is across the street near Big Lots.
It's nice & cool in there! :)
The owner's of Peddlers Mall are making all kinds of money while their hardworking employees & their customers sweat their *** OFF!
Vendor's Village is definetly cool! There is a screaming sweating sissy in one booth that will push you out of his booth if you come near it. Act's like he's on drugs!
I heard Peddlers Mall made him leave because he was chasing all of the customers away. It's the booth that sells all of the retro items.

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE MYSTERY SHOPPER FOR THEIR CONCERN OF OUR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. WE AT PEDDLERS MALL CARE ABOUT OUR EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS.
THAT IS WHY WE HAVE HAD AN A/C REPAIR COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES IN THE LAST THREE WEEKS. UNFORTUNATELY, WHEN YOUR BUSINESS RESIDES IN AN OLDER BUILDING, THESE REPAIR ISSUES CAN BE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIX.
JUST KNOW THAT WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.
