Very unhappy customer
I purchased a gold fancy sleigh from store #4616 on 1/1/23 and was charged the incorrect price by the cashier. I went back to the store on 1/2/23 with my receipt and the sleigh. The tag on the sleigh said was $8.99 now $3.99. I dont know your rules on labeling merchandise. The cashier told me that it wasnt labeled correctly. When I purchased it the cashier did not say anything about it not being labeled correctly she just rang it up for $8.99. I would not have purchased it for $8.99. She called the manager of the store and tried to call the booth owner but could not get through to them. She told me I would have to come back on Wednesday when the manager is there. Gas is not cheap nor is my time. The price was clearly changed by the person who wrote the tag originally, the handwriting is the same. I will be glad to send pictures. This is extremely poor customer service. For $5.00, I would have gladly refunded the $5.00 and taken it up with the booth owner to correct the problem. From this point on I will watch carefully what the cashiers are ringing up, no telling how much money we have lost over the many times we have shopped there, because I dont usually check my receipts. User's recommendation: Watch what you are being charged. The cashiers do not always tell you when something is not priced correctly and charges you something different than what you think your paying. They aren’t concerned with customer service when you try to get it corrected.
I was refused service because an employee who works at the peddlers mall doesn't like who I am due to myself being related to one of her ex-boyfriends. I tried to contact customer service who also told me she couldn't help me. So I will be getting a lawyer and proceeding further.
