Peddle

I scheduled for 2 vehicles to be picked up on the same day 12/09/2023. I was told between 8am-12pm.

I stayed home waiting all day when its my ONLY day off and i had a ton of things to do. I needed this money to pay my rent due to an accident last week. They even claimed they picked up my buick and paid me. I got text messages.

I called about my truck and was told the driver would be out until 8pm picking up and never showed. So i sat home for 12 hours waiting!!! I had so many things i had to get done and couldn't because they never showed up. I work an hour and a half from my house so its not like i can leave for lunch.

I have 5 vehicles now in my yard.

2 in the driveway, 2 on my front lawn and one basically on my neighbors lawn so you can see the reasons for the urgency of the vehicles being picked up. Im extremely angry about this and will be leaving appropriate reviews on social media as well as any other place i can!!!

Hello there! We had a horrible experience.

When the guy arrived, he checked under the car and claimed the catalytic converter wasnt original and that they could only offer $400 as opposed to our $635. I said that isnt true. It was the original. We were already letting this car go for way less as we said the car was dead but we were able to jump it and so it started again.

I said no, it needed to be at least $600. He said he would call his boss and when he did, the best he could do was $550. We said no, thanks for his time then he claimed he was doing us a favor and willing to meet us at $600. We said fine and its only $35 difference but Im pretty frustrated he lied to us and tried to haggle down.

Then he filled out the top of the title for me and when he gave it to us he had filled out a bunch of things incorrectly. For one, he wrote in RED pen. He put the date at 4/20/21 when it was 4/20/23. He also wrote their address wrong but one digit, my phone number wrong by one digit, my vin wrong but one digit. It is also very messy and hard to read. When we confronted him about it he said it was fine and that he couldnt believe he messed it up and it was so hard to see. What the ***

This woman went above and beyond for me! When I believe other companies would have been a one and done and blamed customer.

She not only saw to it that she found a tow company for the 3rd time today, to see that my vehicle was scheduled and verified recovery. She went out of her way to see that I was paid the same day, for no fault but my own, to make sure my rent got paid.!!! My faith in humanity was literally restored, by her genuine persistence, in not only wanting to help. But going the extra 5 miles to see that it was done!!!

I can't thank her enough, and the company of peddle to seeing to it, for the 5th time, that selling my vehicle was not only stress-free, hassle free, beneficial and most efficiently executed, than any other company I have ever even heard advertised!!! hands down, model company and first class employess! Thank u! And i will definetly be buying pizza for the dealership staff who also went out of their way to help me, and discounted service.

To see that everyone involved went home happy today!
