I ordered a pair of shoes (sneakers) from their company. They took weeks to arrive.
On arrival, I tried them on, and they really were quite uncomfortable, so I contacted the company about a return. Got an automated email reply from "Lisa (FERAY-help)" telling me to send pictures of the shoes, the SKU number and tracking number. I had already discarded the packaging, but provided a photo of the shoes and tracking number (listed on the invoice).
This company's address does not match the return address they show. Scam?
They declined to take the shows back and instead offered me a 20% refund.
So, I paid 80% of the price for shoes that don't fit. I guess I'll donate them to charity.

Insensitive and bothersome emailing. If you go to their website choose an item put it in your shopping cart and decide not to choose it they will not stop under any circumstances emailing you saying they were theyve got your product ready they just keep coming with it they just wont stop
