Issues with product not holding a charge. Shuts off when reaches 82% but charges to 100% yet shuts off after approx.

4-6 hrs after full charge. Have 2 yr warranty and need help to remedy this issue as this is used to power my 12 volt refrigerator off grid.

I have tried since October 23, 2024 to hear back from customer service as well Amazon stated they have contacted Pecron to no avail! I want this issue taken care of immediately but they have not attempted to even try to help me!

My Pecron E600 LFP has died just after the one year mark.

I'm still hoping to hear from Pecron. If they replace this unit with one that works, I will continue to enjoy this power bank. It worked good for just over one year.

I would like to convince pecron to create some kind of customer service.

E600 will not charge. I tried AC charger it indicates battery is charging but E600 does not turn on. I merely want to speak with someone with knowledge to help troubleshoot

They will not reply to emails and you cannot contact them by phone non existing customer service

Pecron E1500 pro will my turn tried several time to contact by email because they have no phone number so this makes getting in touch with customer service very difficult I guess it is on purpose so they dont have to warranty any of their products i do not recommend this product find a solar generator company that has a phone number then call them and talk to a representative before buying

After ordering through Amazon a pecron e2000 generator and two solar panels 200 w each I have yet to receive the generator I have received the two solar panels I have been told another generator has been shipped to me but I have still not received it.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. I initiated an RMA request (RMA# UF00106-RMA) for a defective product I had purchased from your company.

As per your instructions, I returned the item to your facility on September 27th and received confirmation that it had been successfully received by your team and signed for by Cindy. However, despite the passage of weeks since the products return, I have yet to receive any information or a replacement item, and this has caused considerable frustration.

When I initiated the RMA process, I had reasonable expectations that the defective product would be promptly examined upon receipt, and a replacement would be sent out with the least possible delay. The lack of communication or updates regarding the status of my RMA has been disheartening. This situation not only inconveniences me but also tarnishes my perception of your companys customer service.

I would like to bring to your attention the following concerns:

1.

Lack of Communication: Throughout this process, there has been a significant absence of communication on your part. I have received no updates, notifications, or any indication that the RMA request is being processed.

2. Delayed Replacement Shipment: The delay in shipping a replacement product is unacceptable. I assumed that a prompt replacement would be sent as soon as my returned item was received, but this has not happened.

3.

Disregard for Customer Satisfaction: The way my RMA request has been handled makes it appear that your company is not prioritizing customer satisfaction. This experience contradicts the commitment to quality and service that I expected when choosing your products.

4.

Frustration and Inconvenience: As a result of this prolonged delay, I have been without the necessary product for an extended period, leading to considerable frustration and inconvenience.

I kindly request immediate action to address these concerns. Specifically, I request you to provide a clear and specific timeline for when I can expect the replacement product to be shipped.

wow... looks like all these portable power pack companies are the same.

Same complaints about Bluetti, Ecoflow, etc... I guess the FIRST one that'll come up with actual GOOD customer service will sell thousands of units !

They will not ship my order to me

I ordered 2 solar power systems and paid for them on Alibaba. Pecron was the supplier.

They took my money the next day from my account (25 Feb 2021) yet will not and have not shipped my goods. They ask me repeatedly to apply for a refund, but I do NOT want to do this, since I want the items and want them for the price they were listed at. Pecron want me to cancel the order and re-order on their site or other sites at a much higher price. Pecron should just honor their initial contract at the price they listed them for and honor their contract which they accepted payment for.

It seems this company has NO honor... I know this cannot be true of all companies in China.
