Bad Customer service
- - I was told to remove my hat at Oak Room Steak House despite forehead bandage.
- - The manager insisted on no-hat policy despite medical needs.
I got "i'll get back to you" was their response
I was told to remove my hat at the Oak room steak house. I showed them a massive bandage from recent forehead surgery with Dr orders to keep hat on at all times.
The mgr at Oak room staek house was insensative to my medical needs and insisted on the no hat policy. So I sat there watching staff and customers staring at my head.
