I have a gift card that I was going to use. I went into the Goderich, Ontario store to use it before February 28th.

I was in on the 26th or 27th of February. I didn't find what I was looking for. One of the employees told me there was a global email that gift cards would be extended to when the stores close. I asked him for sure about 3 or 4 times, and he confirmed.

Then another email came out just 24 hours later saying they had to be used by the 28th. Now I am out the gift card. As an employee told me, I think I should be able to use it, considering what I was told. Also, everyone is being really rude.

All I'm doing is going by what I was told, and then it changed 24 hours later. Please make this possible to use, as this is not my fault.

Your company should strive on how your customers opinions your company shouldnt take advantage of seniors citizens and your prices should be the same as other stores i found the same item for $220.00 cheaper and no refunds yet or no add match prices Understanding customer concerns is crucial no wonder's why your company is bankrupt cause your company pretty much rips off there customers especially seniors your company new that walmart had the same grill for $220.00 cheaper and you never said anything one women said we can return it cause it was the one that was on display and the ones that are out on display they don't have all the parts there not out together completely so your ripping off your customers totally unacceptable..
