No refund 72 minutes after purchase

I definitely do not recommend Pearson Online Academy or their parent company Connections Academy. I had a very bad experience as a customer.

They would not issue a refund 72 minutes after my purchase. They did not disclose a hard completion date requirement, which ended up being a deal breaker for us. They expected my son to complete 2 semesters of HS upper-level math in 6 weeks. No refund, and now I am out $700.

72 minutes.

smh.

I would not recommend them at all.
