Regarding problems in re booking

As I have been trying to unlock my PTE account (ID - PTE00256****, I am being helpless. I have given my payment to a third party and a third party gave the payment to another.
As I was in a hurry for the date, I booked it from others. And I don't have any information regarding the third party. It's been really a delay in applying for my further study. I am a genuine student who wants to pursue my education by taking PTE again.
However, I did not find any way out. We don't have any customer care service in Nepal to contact. I am in a great dilemma and it's affecting my own mental health. I request you to unblock my account and grant me to take the exam again by paying the fee.
I assure you that my payment this time will be made through a valid card. Since I do not know who did this scam, Please help me out as soon as possible so that I can give it again.
It's about my career. Please help me out.

PTE core exam didn’t started

I had PTE core test today in Surat, Gujarat
Test Center: Auro University Earthspace
I was the only PTE core test taker rest were PTE academic students. When i started my exam the audio didnt start.
It was showing Media was not found in specified location. Examiner and IT Support of test center tried but It didnt start. Examiner was on a call with PTE assistant and they remote controlled my computer to check.
They tried too but still, it was showing media was not found in specified location. After several tries, they made a case for my issue.
I need full refund for the same.
