Lots of problems with billing on website that you have to phone in your order anyway. -

They do not deliver on time and take no responsibility for it, blaming it all on the couriers , but they even track your items - over $500 worth- wondering if I'll ever see the goods. Promise to send email updates on things and get senior staff to return phone calls - never happens. If there was another company to order from, I would!!!!

Booked Exam Enquiries Status Checking

I booked My PTE academic exam on 8th April 2020. I worried about the exam status because of COVID-19 lockdown begins in Australia. So, How could I check about the exam is still scheduled for the same day and time or it is rescheduled?

Refund issue

My name is khadar jilani shaik I have booked my pte exam on 6/12/19 i.e friday , but due to some uncircumstances i rescheduled to 11/12/19. I didnt cancelled the exam i rescheduled it but the amount got debited for rescheduling. Do i get any refund??
