Sorry service, bad food and sorry personel

got food poisoned from bistro sorry response from host and staff returned 1 time after that and was called out at a dinner given by vickie savoy and was humiliated by her using the microphone. I will not go back the casino offered me 500 dollars just to shut up i turned it down because i think people should know

User's recommendation: stay away from a place that treats people so bad.

I just like to say that the customers that lives in the area that are regular customers should have the same accommodations that the customers have that lives out of town who only comes by spells we only receive a $10 offer while the others receive $150 offers which is very unfair, while trying to keep the out of town customers satisfied we also need to be satisfied as some of your best business supporters.... Pearl river resort sucks

Got a suite here, went and played black jack and everything and everyone was real friendly next thing I know we were escorted off the property like criminals I was like what??? People at the tables were way more intoxicated then we were. Went to some room where we had to fill out paper work because we were complaining on the way we were treated by the staff the worst experience I ever had in my life. Rooms are filthy and disgusting js my husband went to get in the jacuzzi tub in our suite and the water was yellow. Worst vacation I ever had and best believe I let them know that but all they would say is mam sleep it off and talk to us tomorrow... I wasn’t even intoxicated at all just very disturb how they could treat people like that and feel ok about it. Will never come back here ever and that’s a legit statement.

False accused of paying with counterfeit money

I entered the silver Star casino with intent to have a good time & possibly win some money & have a few drinks. I walk around for few then me & female friend was hungry so we decided to get some quick to eat from RALLY ALLEY. During this visit we ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza & a order of cheese fries. I paid with a $20 bill. My total was $11 & some change. After I paid cashier gave me my $9 & change back & gave me my ticket receipt. For the record if my money was counterfeit Why did she give me back change. After sitting down a few minutes I notice employees in a group huddle. Also holding up $20 bill & for minutes this keep going on. Then I over heard one female employee say "YOU SHOULD LOCK HIM UP". Few minutes pass then security, police & manager gather around the front of the cashier over looking the money I gave them in front of several customers. During this time it's a good 10+ people waiting on food. The looks and prejudging of customers & employees had me & my friend feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed,scared just about every feeling you can think of I was feeling. So after a long period of waiting on my food. I decided to walk up to them and ask whats the problem? So when I approached them and ask Whats the problem and why it taking so long for me to get my food. A man in a suit which was probably the manager replied We cant tell if the money real or fake then replied and then said that the pen they was using was either old or dried up which cause them not to tell. They finally after what seem to feel like forever said it was real. Then they gave me my food. When I received my food which was sitting for 10+ minutes the pizza was cold but I still ate it because I felt to embarrassed to complain and ask for hotter food. After we got threw eating we walked outside to car to get some fresh air and smoke. 5-10mins later I see security walking pass my car. Which made me nerves during this time I didnt know what was about to happen. So 12 oClock came i walk back inside to receive my free $70 bonus bets and the whole night I felt like I was being watched & machines felt like they was being hacked to stop me from winning. Security kept walking by me and seem like they was following me. I felt so uncomfortable that I just left and drove back to Birmingham. When I woke up the I went to Walmart & also dollar general & stop to get gas. During these 3 trips I felt my high blood pressure go up when it was time to pay for items also felt nerves because I didn't want another flashback. I don't even want to have to ever deal with cash money any more after this accident. So when i got home I called the casino & they transferred me to resturant. Which I spoke with assistant manager. She offer me a free meal when I ask to speak with who in charge over her. I refuse taking the free meal.. She said her boss wasn't in office at the moment that she would get them to call me back some time that day. I told her I need to speak to some one ASAP & I told her to tell her boss to go watch video footage and put his self in my shoes. Night came no phone call so now I feel I'm not a concern or important which I'm a players club member of the casino and come gamble at least 3-4 times a month. 2 days pass & still no call back which lead me to write you my testimony of one of the worst experiences of my life.

Were not honored on a $100 dollar meal ticket

We were send an invitation to spend three nights and a $100 meal ticket to Philip M' and were not told that we had to make reservations and were turned away on Friday and Saturday night March 9 and 10th. We had to eat at the Buffet on Friday night. Had to leave for home on Saturday morning due to money was running short. I would like to be compensated for my added expenses. The man behind the counter at Philip M's was very rude and would not do anything that VIP told us to do. I even received a personal phone call asking me if I was going to take advantage of this offer and I assured her that I was and still was not told that I had to make a reservation at PHILIP m's. Off to a bad start

checked in @ Pearl River Resort ( Golden Moon) on Friday 9-22-17. Was assigned to a suite on the 10th floor. When I inserted the key, it didn't work. Went back down to front desk, only to learn that Tony had assigned me to an unavailable suite. Another associate (didn't get her name) assigned me to a room on the 9th floor; got there, somebody was already in that room. ( don't understand how and why the key worked in an already occupied room ) WENT BACK DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK, 3RD TIME!!! Was assigned to a room on the 5th floor...finally. I am handicapped and ALL OF THAT UNECESSARY WALKING did me bad!!! I realize everybody make mistakes but don't you think 3 trips to the front desk trying to check in after a 3 hr drive is a bit excessive.

So Pearl River doesn’t care about poor customer service? I can see NO complaints resolved; I know I never heard anything from mine that was rendered back in September.

Expected SOMEBODY to get back in touch w/ me. Not what I expected at all from them.

Overall experience

My wife and I went to the Willie Nelson concert. We decided to spend the night at the Silverstar and were informed that they only had a room at the Golden Moon. It was a single room (smoking) and would be $169.00 per. night. When we drove across the hwy. the only way you could park close to the hotel was to use the valet (paid of course) or you could park over 1/4 mile away in public parking. After checking the room we had a some time to kill so we decided to have a sandwich (big mistake) which had very little meat a tomato which was white in the middle, and cost $8.00 After a great concert except for security, we decided to stop at the Time Out Lounge for a drink where we were two of the five people seated at the bar we waited ten minutes and the bartender passed in front of us 7 times and never even acknowledged that we were there. Having stayed at many casinos in Ms. over the years this was undoubtedly the worst we have ever experienced. The Choctaw Nation should be ashamed to have the casinos associated with them. Disrespected By An Employee

I haven't ate at Bistro located in Golden Moon for a while and last week I decided to go eat there, which was a HUUUGEE MISTAKE! Never in my life have an employee been so rude. I was ordering and the waitress who named started with a "Cheriy" is all I can remember was like "Well you going to order?" So I just looked at her and she just wrote a drink down. Which I DID NOT order! The food was hot and she just put in down so angry. Then she sighed. Never will I go back unless that employee is FIRED or something.

Pearl River Resort Gaming Review

I have been coming there for years . Diagnosed with Leukemia was not able to come Lost all points I guess. I was there recently and got more points good many! Never received any perks through mail like my friends did and no one is willing to help on phone! I have made numerous calls and even asked for superior no response ! Casino might be growing but not improving!!! Very disappointed

Robbed by roomservice

Ordered a big breakfast meal called the Philadelphian which was supposed to come with a "basket of assorted pastry". They were out of pastry but did not discount our meal or substitute anything else. When we complained they just didnt care and we told them "the whe place has gone to ***". Roomservice then called security and made a noise compkaint against us because we cursed at them. Never once did roomservice even apologize. Then thwy stood outside or room where I heard them say they were going to look up how often we come and how much we spend and then decide what to do to us!!
