I won money but they want me to pay handling fees first
I won $18,000 but their policy is to pay a handling fee first before they allow withdrawals, which in this case is $380 ...I asked them to just deduct it from my winnings but they refuse to do it that way ... to me it seems way too much like a scam and they are located in Malta ...they showed me their business license but that doesn't prove anything to me
