Peak responded quickly and resolved the problem quickly. I wish it had been a simpler process that did not require my contacting the company over nothing more than changing an email address, though.

I paid for a family plan on Sunday and I am still unable to add a family member!I have sent several messages including the receipt for the plan and this problem has not been resolved ?

I have been contacting Peak since Sunday after taking out a subscription. I have forwarded the receipt to them and followed all their instructions.

They are now totally ignoring my emails and just sending out a computer-generated reply.

I need to speak to a human! I have given them my phone number and asked for theirs to no avail.

Pros:

  • Customer service is none existent

Preferred solution: My family plan to be made playable
