Company does not allow customer to remove an order they do not want they do not allow removal of an item in a cart online which it makes difficult to retrieve your money. Also, there is no way of getting in contact with anyone personally

You people were no help. What is the point of this website?
I thought you might be an advocate between consumer and vendor (hence the name) but no, you did nothing. So no it was not resolved. I paid for a product that didn’t work and there is no recourse.
End of story. And I have no idea what your role is.
I ordered this product from Amazon. Amazon will not refund the purchase bc it is a food item.
I then called the company directly (Peak Biome) and they wont refund bc it was ordered thru Amazon. The item does not work as advertised. Therefore it is useless to me.
It was expensive (49.99). Id like my money back.

Side effects problems!
Just headaches and insomnia. Didnt have these two problems before.
Went to my primary doctor and he said to stop taking Peak BioBoost and see if symptoms changed.
Did as told and headache and insomnia went away.
Called Customer service and was helped by giving instructions to return product.
Waiting for email with instructions to return five unused jars of product. Thank you !

YI wanted to cancel subscription and they were very helpful and knowledgeable I did not remember that a signed for auto delivery and wanted to change that and they took care of me right away I appreciated the way they handled my request

Cancel upcoming orders
Worked in the beginning . Stopped working I increased amount by a 1/4 then scoop and 1/2.
Stopped using for a month. Started with one scoop again. Just doesnt seem to work for me any longer. I cancelled any further purchases today.
No hard feelings, no bad review.

Company sucks. You owe me money but just ignore me.
You sent me a bottle of Peak Bioboost which I did not order. On top of that you charged my bank acct.
for the bottle. I called & was told to just return the box unopened & my checking acct. would be credited. I tried to talk to support service & got no help.
I returned the box unopened but you never credited my bank acct. for the bottle.

Product gives me stomach cramps
Seller debited my account twice in the same month. I was not happy with the product because it gives stomach cramps within an hour of taking it.
I wanted to cancel the product but I couldnt find their phone number. I guess you cant call them.
