No way of getting in contact with anyone.

Company does not allow customer to remove an order they do not want they do not allow removal of an item in a cart online which it makes difficult to retrieve your money. Also, there is no way of getting in contact with anyone personally

You people were no help. What is the point of this website?

I thought you might be an advocate between consumer and vendor (hence the name) but no, you did nothing. So no it was not resolved. I paid for a product that didn’t work and there is no recourse.

End of story. And I have no idea what your role is.

I ordered this product from Amazon. Amazon will not refund the purchase bc it is a food item.

I then called the company directly (Peak Biome) and they wont refund bc it was ordered thru Amazon. The item does not work as advertised. Therefore it is useless to me.

It was expensive (49.99). Id like my money back.

Side effects problems!

Just headaches and insomnia. Didnt have these two problems before.

Went to my primary doctor and he said to stop taking Peak BioBoost and see if symptoms changed.

Did as told and headache and insomnia went away.

Called Customer service and was helped by giving instructions to return product.

Waiting for email with instructions to return five unused jars of product. Thank you !

I'm so sorry you dealt with this. The ingredients in the product don't match up to those symptoms and have never caused them for anyone else.

Having said that, our body chemistry is completely different.

It's possible it was just a weird coincidence or just didn't agree with your chemistry for some reason. Either way I'm sorry you had to deal with that!

Cancel upcoming orders

Worked in the beginning . Stopped working I increased amount by a 1/4 then scoop and 1/2.

Stopped using for a month. Started with one scoop again. Just doesnt seem to work for me any longer. I cancelled any further purchases today.

No hard feelings, no bad review.

for the bottle. I called & was told to just return the box unopened & my checking acct. would be credited. I tried to talk to support service & got no help.

I have searched and found your account and see that only one charge went through on your payment method, and that charge was refunded on 6/29/21 in response to your phone call to us requesting a refund. The other charge you mentioned in your review never went through to your payment method due to our Customer Service team canceling that Subscribe & Save order. Regarding the physical effect you were feeling, everyone has a different gut microbiome and reacts a little differently. Cramps generally mean you took a little too much for you. Just reducing the dosage for a few days should resolve that. You should have received a package insert explaining how it works and how to avoid that.

You can also contact our team for more details. In regards to getting in touch with us, you did call our Customer Service Team on both 6/29/21 and 7/7/21 and we have our email and phone number on every page of our website, as well as on the package insert and the bottle itself.
