AI Highlights
  • - Diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, agoraphobia, and severe TBI.
  • - Home placement felt rushed and isolating; CCTV and threats triggered SWAT.

I have a long sad history of mental illness which includes formal diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia and agoraphobia as well as severe TBI... Having had association with the Peak going back several years they were well aware of these conditions...

In short, they arranged for placement at a local group home which I essentially felt rushed into. The home was pleasant and well kept but depressing by virtue of feeling quite isolated and an air of being run for profit typical of these operations.

The placement did not take proper consideration of my background nor was enough attention paid to my wants or needs..It had closed circuit cameras which did not good for my paranoiac predisposition and I felt like I was living in a fish bowl. After being threatened and intimidated by a poorly prepared makeshift house manager I made vague ambiguous threats of retaliation which resulted in a way overboard SWAT Response at great detriment to my mental stability and well being. ACT and the Peak were oblivious to my concerns and sided with Big Brother and the Profiteer Landlord...A pox on both their houses!

Loss:

Cons:
  • Participants mental health racketeering
  • Group home false representations deposit refundability etc
  • Didnot expect a circus level swat raid
