Peacock Roofing - Do not use them.

Upon a referral, I contracted with Peacock Roofing to roof my house after a hailstorm in April, 2011. Their pricing was the lowest bid and at the time (I had never replaced a roof before) seemed to be a comparable bid based on others I had received.
Well.... don't believe everything you're told over the phone and even through email. If it's not in the contract, spelled out exactly as you intend for it to be performed...then don't sign it.
These people have a *** game going or the owner's wife is just plain ***. She dropped the ball so many times, and then when it was caught, after the fact.... she played dumb and they would not honor what was promised.
If you're smarter than I am.... don't use Peacock Roofing located in Garland, Texas.

Hired to replace rotten decking.
Requiring 3 slats. Angle placed two, too lazy to drive a mile to home depot to get another slat instead he just placed shingles in the remaining OPEN hole. Leaving a 4x6 open hole in my roof surounded by new wood! First rain and my brand new sheetrocked painted CEILING FELL IN!!
Peacock returned 4 times to repair it. It fell in a SECOND TIME which is when I hired another roofer who removed shingles to reveal the missing slat!
Berry claims he did the job correctly even after viewing the pictures!!!! BUYER BEWARE YOU'RE NEXT!
Never heard of Angle or Berry. Never sent complaint.
