I am making an affordability complaint to you about irresponsible lending.
You should never have given me these unaffordable loans. Paying you each month is being a massive struggle for me due to you not checking my credit file and no evidence of payslips etc..
You should have realised from the number of times I borrowed that my debt problems were getting worse.
It was not responsible to continue to lend to me.
My credit reports would have shown all my other debts and problems.
I have been borrowing money from family to scrap each month to live for.
I was using your loan money to use for gambling and you should not of gave me the 2 loans I had from you.
When giving me the 3 loans you did not check any credit files or ask for any payslips or proof of my wages. I was at the age of 19/20 and gambling money,
I am asking you to refund the interest and any charges I paid, plus statutory interest, and to delete any negative information from my credit record.
