Scam! Peachtree Service Experts (Duluth, GA) lied to me about my HVAC repair in an attempt to sell me a new $13,000 system.
Do not trust Peachtree Service Experts! I had them out to repair to my 7 year old mini split HVAC system in January.
They confirmed that one of the evaporator coils had a leak, which is what I had already suspected. The technician, Ruben, told me that coils cannot be replaced and that I would have to replace the whole head unit. Ruben called me back the following day to tell me that "unfortunately Carrier no longer manufactures that head unit and the model that took its place is not compatible with my condenser". The only solution, he told me, would be to replace the entire system and the cost would be $13,000.
I decided to get a second opinion, so I called a different company. The new company came out and also confirmed that the coil had a leak and would need to be replaced. However, they told me that it was no problem to replace just the coil. When they came back with the price, they informed me that there would be no cost for the coil because they took the time to check with Carrier and found that it was still under warranty for another 3 years!
The new HVAC company ordered the coil and replaced it in just a few hours. I only had to pay for the labor and refrigerant, approximately $1,500 total, and the system has been working perfectly since!

Verified Reviewer |Broke my stairs
They broke my attic stairs this summer and have yet to fix them. The customer service when calling on the weekend has been terrible.
They said they would some today and changed their minds cause they said the wrong thing. Specifically Tiffany needs further training because she talked over me the entire time and didnt listen and was rude and kept telling me what I said which isnt what I said at all if she would have listened.
Do not use this company, they are over priced and a nightmare to deal with on the phone. The techs have been great and they should go work somewhere else because this company is a nightmare.
