Resolved: I never received my package
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They resent me my package and put notations for the carrier that it's a red house with a big tree.
I ordered a gift for someone. I spent $53 on the package and it was delivered to the wrong house.
The photo that was sent to me wasn't even any of the houses on my street. The delivery service OnTrac said to contact peach and Lilly. But there's no customer service phone number and they did not respond to my email inquiry, it's been a proficient amount of time.
So I guess I'm out $53.00 unless I can get my bank to reverse it. There must not be anyone that actually works in customer service.
