Problems Completing the Online Registration Form.

Hello,

I have tried to contact you by landline but to no avail. I can not complete the online registration form because you do not list my breed of dog on your drop-down menu.

She's a Miniature Pinscher, which is not nearly as obscure as some of the breeds that are listed. I seem not to be allowed to enter it manually either, nor can I enter her colour. Can I submit a postal application?

I can then send a copy of her pedigree certificate and all other documents you require. I tried to send this message on the general enquires form but you do not allow those of us who do not have a mobile phone to participate in inquiries and I can't get through on the two phone numbers I have.

I'm sorry but I feel completely stuck and frustrated by the whole process.

This is sad they are quick to take your money fro your account but when you transfer out it takes forever and the so call CS reps are not equipped to answer any of you ? Ridiculous I’m done with earnin

Death of my pet Charlie

On the 6th July I took my my dog Charlie to Hendon pdsa because of choking and bloating hard stomach I was told maybe lung problem , and come back 12th July for scan , took him on 12 th he died before scan , if they had given him scan on 6th would have save him pain , it was CANCER. ???

Can't talk to my usual branch

I've been trying for over a year to get my rescue dog registered with PDSA to get neutered, wormed and treated for fleas, the online form does not accept my details, and no one answers the phone. We've always given generous donations and I'm very disappointed in the PDSA. I feel let down by them.
