Hi, my name is Chace and I recently bought 3 months ago one of your controllers and the joysticks now cannot make a full circle in the PDP app on the Xbox. I started noticing something was wrong when I was trying to move in cod vanguard so then I thought oh it's just my settings within the game then it wasn't I checked my other games did the same thing, so I went to the app, and it can only make half a circle

Poor Customer Care from cheap Automation

I ordered a pick-up/delivery. The driver didn't turn up.

I tried to get in touch with the company to complain and order a re-pickup but couldn't do that find the whole day because of their stupid automated customer service system.

I lost business from this.

I am asking my card company for a charge back. I don't think I will go back to them after using them for 5years.
