My controller is broken
So I was playing GTA and it stopped working. All the buttons stopped working, and I was wondering if I'm able to get a different one or get the same one. You could call me back and get it sorted out.

Xbox game pass free for 1 month came expired
- - Received PDP Airlite Pro wireless headset on 3/12/25; 1 month Xbox Game Pass.
- - Code expired 7/08/2024 and was not activated; awaiting replacement.
I received my new headset, which is the PDP Airlite Pro wireless, on the 3/12/25. When I got the headset, it came with 1 month free of Xbox Game Pass, which I was delighted and happy to see.
However, to my utter disappointment and disbelief, the code expired on the 7/08/2024, and not only was it expired, it was also not activated. I expect to receive a new code in the coming days, or I will persist.

Hi, my name is Chace and I recently bought 3 months ago one of your controllers and the joysticks now cannot make a full circle in the PDP app on the Xbox. I started noticing something was wrong when I was trying to move in cod vanguard so then I thought oh it's just my settings within the game then it wasn't I checked my other games did the same thing, so I went to the app, and it can only make half a circle

Poor Customer Care from cheap Automation
- - The driver didn't show for pick-up/delivery.
- - I couldn't reach the company due to automated system.
- - After 5 years, I may not use them again.
I ordered a pick-up/delivery. The driver didn't turn up.
I tried to get in touch with the company to complain and order a re-pickup but couldn't do that find the whole day because of their stupid automated customer service system.
I lost business from this.
I am asking my card company for a charge back. I don't think I will go back to them after using them for 5years.
