I had paid for a document to be changed from one language to another and according to me, it was a one off payment. I don't recall any type of subscription or any information that I was part of PDFSimpli.
I checked my account, and there was a withdrawal that I did not know anything about I had to complain because I thought that as an organization it's important to update a customer if you are taking any funds from their account. I emailed pissedconsumer and immediately PDF Simpli responded with a refund and mentioned that my account had been closed.
The feedback was quick and I was impressed with the service. Thank you pissedconsumer.

I've tried to cancel multiple times and still get charged monthly. Disputing charges with my bank now.
