PDFSimply took $59 out of my PayPal account without any authorization. I never signed up for their subscription service.
I never do. Now I have issues getting my money back.
Many others suffer the same fate. AND their service failed to convert a manual into a pdf.

WHERE IS MY MONEYYYYY?????
I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE!! I PAID FOR 1 PDF AMD ENDED UP WITH A CHARGE FOR A $60 MEMBERSHIP.
I SENT A EMAIL FOR A REFUND AND AFTER A WEEK NO ANSWER. I CALLED CUSTOMERSERVICE AND THE SUPERVISOR HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE I WAS UPSET THAT SHE KEPT SAYING I DIDNT SEND A EMAIL WICH I DID AND SHE KEP OVER TALKING ME. I CALLED BACK TALKED TO A VERY NICE MAN AND HE SAID HE WOULD SEND MY INFO TO SOMEONE HIGHER UP. THE NEXT WEEK NO RESPONSE.
CALLED AGAIN AND THE SAME SUPERVISOR SAID I DID NOT SEND A EMAIL EVEN THOUGH IM LOOKING RIGHT AT MY EMAIL AND SHE WAS OVER TALKING ME AGAIN AND HUNG UP. ALL I WANT IS MY...M O N E Y!!!

I dont even know what this product is! I did not order it but the money came out of my account. And even to try to reclaim it is bogus.
I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CHOOSE THE FILE THE PROOF IS IN BUT, IT SAID THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THAT TYPE OF FILE, SO I COULD NOT SHOW THE PROOF OF THE $39.95 THAT CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

This company took $39.95 out of my account I did not authorize it I haven't signed up for their service i demand my money put back into my account now!!!!
They stole my money and I demand it back now i don't know how they got my info but im pressing charges against everyone involved! I am a single mother living paycheck to paycheck i can't afford to loose a penny to a bunch of *** *** scammers

Fraud
I just had #39.95 taken out of my bank account and I have never used this. This is theft and fraud and I have reported this to the police.
They said to contact you and demand the money be put back into my account IMMEDIATELY or they will file charges against you.
I don't know how you got my bank info but you can bet I am going to find out and if it is YOU, you can bet I'll be filing charges. Cancel this account NOW and put the money back into my account NOW!!!

It has been taken care of, refund/canceled.
Cancellation would not go through for the trial period. Very difficult to access the account to cancel it
