My subscription is still active and they disabled my account?

My subscription is active, and I have paid for the Ultimate version, and all of a sudden it has reverted to the "free version" which means I am unable to perform my job!

I am presuming this is an easy fix, however, The worst part is NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME ABOUT IT.

Terrible service! Not happy!

I can’t save and download doc

It is insane to me that you cannot get help from a representative, There was not 800 number and when you requested a representative with the automated system it was not available there either.

Long response time

I had an issue with Invoice revision, needed to modify company details. Firstly i did not find any email to contact directly, except online ticket platform.

I left a query in the platform and I did not get any response for a week, I left a query the second time - still there were no response. I found pissed consumer platform, I filled a query third time and I get a feedback email, that my query reached out pdf escape.

after two days I got a a sorry message from pdfescape with reason that they experiencing a high volume of suctomer service. but sill, already passed almost a week, I dod not get any response from them.

Conclusion - customer servise is awful.

"COULD NOT LOAD FILE" Error

Hello. I am a new customer and was very excited that I found your webpage. However, when I logged back into my account to print each of my files I received an error for all 11 files that reads "COULD NOT LOAD FILE".

This is very upsetting, as I am required to have these files for work and need them immediately.

I was looking forward to purchasing a subscription through my account but will not do so unless this can be resolved.

Please contact me via email or phone ASAP.

I reported an issue regarding this on Sunday 1/7/24 but never received a response.
