Can NEVER get any help from CANDY PDF --- I MEAN N E V E R

When converting a PDF to Word it comes out GARBLED - ALWAYS!!! - Since I purchased a lifetime subscription last year 2023 I have yet to get ANY help from CANDY PDF.

A real loss of my money $99. There is no place where to make a document bold and for that matter no help at all on the site or any where else to get any help.
