I purchased several pieces of software on Order #2462****, and one application was Microsoft Office 2024. I went to download the software, but the license belongs to someone else.
This is fraud. I cannot reach your company to cancel the entire order for several days now. I notified the bank to stop payment, as well as did a review on your site stating this is a fraudulent company. Please cancel my order immediately.

I visited your website to research products and find PC World reviews. However, I could not perform a simple search on my iPad due to the excessive number of ads that hindered the website's functionality.
The website was utterly erratic, moving up and down, and the abundance of ads made it very unpleasant. What is the purpose of having a website choked with ads, rendering it non-functional?
I eventually gave up on using your website for anything, from browsing to researching. It was an utterly futile endeavor.
- Lot of useless website information
Preferred solution: Nothing
