Disconnect

Well, I went down to PC's for people in Mankato, Minnesota, and was told that my service had been disconnected because of non-payment. When I called on the 5th of August, the representative told me that my bill was due on the 31st of July or August.

I'm sorry. Well, obviously, I think I might have put them in the wrong because they disconnected it on the 28th. I called the other day to talk to someone, and she was very rude and cold to me. I asked her if I could please have my cable turned back on as I have no internet in my house.

I work for DoorDash, but due to the fact that I did not have the internet and really did not want to stand outside in the heat to wait for orders to come in, I lost my job. I asked them very nicely if they could please turn my internet back on. The woman I talked to, I'm not sure who it was, but she was very rude. Granted, I got a little upset and was told that I would not get my internet and cable turned back on until this coming Saturday.

I really need to get back online so that I can go back to DoorDash and ask for my job back, and I'm sure that won't be an issue, but the fact is that I have no internet. I cannot go to work because I cannot take notices for food deliveries. Could you please turn my internet back on tomorrow instead of Saturday? I really need to try to get back to my job.

Preferred solution: I would really like to have my internet turned back on possibly tomorrow on the 5th so that I can try to resume my job. I live on a fixed income and this job gives me a little extra money to help with food and other items that I may need

It simple pay your bill and you will not have issues. If you got so far behind they physically it is no ones fault, but you own.

You have 0 choice, but to wait for an onsite tech. Again all your fault.

Doordash REQUIRES a smartphone that can operate the Doordash app. You need constant access to the app while picking up orders, driving and then delivering the order. Your home WiFi has NOTHING to do with the app and your mobile delivery job.

What does home internet have to do with Doordash? Don’t you have data on your cell phone?

My hotspot is saying no Internet connection. It's Sunday & T-MOBILE is sayn itsa account issue on PC For People end. I can't get a hold of anyone. My account says my internet is up to date.

No customer service on Sundays.If there is goin to be a problem with accounts on weekends for people to have ther wifi, let them know On Friday @ least.
