Warning: Avoid PCM Travelers – Scam Company
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from PCM Travelers. Based on my experience, their service was extremely unprofessional.
They misled us with false promises, booked poor accommodations, and provided no proper customer support when issues came up.
Whats worse, their practices feel deceptive they take your money but fail to deliver the service you paid for. In my opinion, this is a fraudulent company that exploits customers instead of helping them.
Please think twice before trusting them with your travel plans

Terrible service
Called to book travel with companion ticket through American Airlines.
They tried to book me to the incorrect location and would have if I had not caught the mistake. The added a charge that made it almost worthless to use the companion ticket.
They split the charge so that when it came through on my phone it came as a fraud alert which I denied and then had to correct with my credit card. Terrible service

1 star because I can't pick zero stars. They charged me an additional $150 USD just out of their sleeve, claiming it to be some type of tax that they could not explain.
I was in a rush and agreed. Just to get to the airport to find that my flight was weirdly refunded and I couldn't board. Two days later, I'm still stranded due to high season and no availability of flights. When I asked for the refund of that extra $150, they did not agree to it until I told them I would post bad reviews.
However, they haven't refunded yet. Don't use their service, they abuse and overcharge and don't give the money back when they should.
Horrible experience. Mikel was the main guy serving me, his supervisor, Gabriel, hasn't refunded what he agreed to refund.

I was charged for no reason. I am not paying $289.98 to order a wheelchair. I already paid for the flight months back.
I called in October to order a wheelchair. I had already purchased a ticket to Florida in March.
Discover has the information that I already paid for this flight and they are looking further into this claim.
I spoke with Eva. When I called her back, she claims she never spoke to me even though I have an email from her with her name on it you could tell her that Discover is giving me the credit so she lost and she should be ashamed of herself for doing this

HORRIBLE!!! I purchased tickets in advance for my trip through PCM Travel thinking the fare was reasonable.
I get my confirmation and my name and Date of Birth was totally incorrect.
I reached out to them and was told by Sky not to worry that theyll get it fixed. I get the confirmation email and again still incorrect. I was not ok with them telling me not to worry b/c I didnt want to take their words and come day of travel I have an issue w/ my ticket at the airport. So this goes back and forth w/ errors still.
I let Sky know and sends me over to Kane, who assures me that everything was ok. I now call the airline and airline tells me that my ticket has been cancelled. I have not been able to reach them nor heard back fr them since.
I have been working w/ Klarna trying to get this issue resolve yet have not been able to for now almost 6months.
Klarna tells me that I have to reach out to PCM Travels for threm to issue the credit. Uhmmmm how when you cant reach PCM Travel!

I booked round-trip flights from Chicago to Las Vegas on 06/07/2024 to travel on 06/26/2024- 06/30/2024. I was given a fair price which seemed like a good deal.
After I paid for my tickets, I was told to call back after 06/20 to receive my confirmation and E-Ticket. I called on 06/21 to get the confirmation and was told it would be emailed to me within 2 hours. Two hours passed, and I received a call stating that my ticket vouchers had expired and that I had to change the dates and pay a difference of over $300 to travel, or a difference of more than $600 to travel on my original travel dates. If I don't want to pay extra, they would refund my money in 6-7 business days which would be after my return travel date.
I bought these tickets well in advance so that if anything happened, I could handle the situation in a timely manner. Now, five days before I'm scheduled to travel, the rate has quadrupled from my original cost! I will never book through this site again! My vacation is ruined.
And all because I wanted to save $40, I now have to pay almost 700 dollars on top of the $372 I paid on 06/07!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH.
THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OPTIONS THAT SERVED AS CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY FOR NOT HAVING THE AVAILABILITY THAT WAS GUARANTEED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. They NOT ONCE offered to cover the difference due to the mistake on their end with the tickets and expected me to just up and pay large sums of additional dollars for tickets.

Somehow they got a hold of us when we were trying to get a new flight through American Airlines after a sudden cancellation on the airlines end. Frantic to get home we let them assist us with rebooking flights through Southwest.
They never said who they were or that they werent from AA. The flights were good, however we ended up shelling out major money to this company on top of the actual ticket prices. They assured us they were only charging a small fee but it ended up being just as much as the ticket. The way the receipt was typed out was made to look like it was a certain amount per ticket but my credit card charge clearly went half to them and half to SW airlines.
We checked with our friends who booked the same flight directly through Southwest on the way home and they paid half of what we were charged by PCM Travels. They also guaranteed to work on our refund from American Airlines which could take 7-10 days. Two weeks later we still havent received a refund and had to contact American directly to request ourselves.
Beware of this business at all costs unless you want to pay double and end up doing the legwork yourself anyway. Dyson Brown was our rep for this scam of a call.

American Airlines and United Airlines Imposters
TRAVEL SCAM
Pretended to be American Airlines and United Airlines.
Hacked a senior citizen's AA account by saying they needed to get into it.
Charged exorbitant cancellation fees and unknown travel fees to credit cards. Kept calling back for more credit cards saying charge did not go through, yet they did- which victim later found out.
They deceive you into thinking its the airlines,
never say who they really are and take advantage of seniors.

Scammed me out of $2500 by acting like they were representing United Airlines
Called number on back of my United card. Somehow ended up talking to people at PCM .
They told me my flight would cancel unless I paid the additional fee!
Should've picked up that they pushed me very hard and rushed me to agree to sending the money. Actually were somewhat rude and required me to click on an email site agreeing to pay the money which I should've known was a scam

called to cancel a flight and reschedule, not only did they get it wrong and charge me $175 for their efforts but they just hang up on me when I try to work it out again. Terrible customer service!

ive talked evryday on the phone but they are good in talking until no body on the phone already. my question please did you get the money back? because i want to complaint it to my bank also to get back the charges, is it possible?
