Verified ReviewerJunk, took my money for faulty equipment
Updated by user Dec 19, 2021
To date, no word from PCI. No effort to resolve.
Item is a paperweight.
Had a professional HVAC repair person out to check and the unit has a major leak. I'm out the purchase price, the price of parts, and the HVAC service.

Buyer beware! Just because the listing says 'tested and working!', doesn't mean that it does. Should've known better, from others, but still I bought a slushie machine that was listed as 'tested and working!' (Exactly) Upon getting home we realized that it would take $200 in parts to be a working/usable machine. When turned on, machine got no where near cold. Emailed office and response was- sorry our testing did determine that it may need refrigerant but compressor did turn on; its used so its on you and you have no recourse from the seller. Look elsewhere! It was your office that told me that I've got a $1000 paperweight. This is the East Coast division in Manheim, PA. Loss:
$1008
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Buyer beware, stay away, go elsewhere

Warn others about this company and their scam
I spent thousands of dollars with this company believing they tested their products. Everything they sent me was junk. This company is not honest with their listings First they say they try to test their products and describe to the best of their ability. Screws missing from espresso is obvious, corroded condenser is obvious, broken rail on hot dog roller is obvious and the list continues., . They pad their invoices and takes money out without a pre authorization for their enormous shipping charges. They do charges. they charge enormous fees,

Still a 'joke' of a place to work with. Nothing from Better Business bureau yet.
Buyer beware. Nothing is at it appears.
Typical copy/paste reply from PCI. No effort to resolve.
Btw, there was NOT 10+ photos, nor any pics of inside of unit. Had I known that unit 'needed refrigerant', I would've never bid on it.
Gary - We are sorry that you did not have a 5-star experience with our auctions. On our bid sheets, we do our best to properly convey the current state, appearance, and functionality of all items.
We include 10+ photos and test the items to the best of our ability. For most items, such as the slushie machine, we are testing the functionality and if the machine turns on and off.
We do understand there is a risk with bidding on items and encourage all bidders to visit our warehouse and see the items in person or contact our team with any questions. If you would like to speak further about this experience or others please contact our office, we look forward to the opportunity to speak with you.
