Said I didn't play all day, when I did...didn't credit my numbers.
Didn't record my numbers after I played all day all the possible games...checked numbers and each time it said I did not play.. what a waste of time...

So many problems with your site I updated my phone with AT&T.
I know key pch and a dozen different sites come up on the left side of my phone which I can hardly see or read then if I pick the right one keno comes up half the size as before and makes very difficult to play. Is this pch or or apple or my att up date?

As I previously said, youve made your site impossible to use on a phone and 0 fun ???!!!just like right now I cant hold down a key and have it repeat its got to be one symbol at a time and to get to that symbol I have to go back to the number pad and search for that symbol again. Just keep making this sight more difficult so you can chase us all away

Bonus Games not working
Still cannot always complete all 4 Keno sections plus the bonus games because the ads are too long. Please stick to 15 second ads if possible.
The 30 second and 1 minute ads make it impossible to get through a Keno session from beginning to end. The bonus games problem (coming up blank) has been fixed.
After playing through the four main Keno games, the Bonus Game screen comes up where you can play 5 additional bonus games. The past 3 days the Bonus Game screen has been coming up blank, with nothing to click on. Can this be fixed?
The long ads continue - still impossible to complete full Keno sessions. Now a new problem has come up: Can't log into PCH Keno games the past few days.
After clicking on the Keno icon you get redirected to the Lotto cards. Is Keno now defunct; has it been discontinued?

Try to finish all of the cards that count to win at PCH Keno. You get 20 minutes.
It should be easy, except after every stupid card you get a stupid 1 or 2 minute commercial so there is no way to finish all of the cards. Also they seem to be more compatible with Windows Xp or maybe Windows 98, as they are most assuredly not compatible with Windows 10. Any PCH site makes my computer act as if I were using some old Windows Operating System.
I think that their understanding of computers is about the same as the worth of the money that they claim to give away, or the worth of the junk that they sell. 
I agree! Should stick to the 15 second commercials so we can complete everything.
Also, the past 3 days, the Bonus Game screen has been coming up blank with nothing to click on, so you can't play the 5 bonus games. Anyone else having this problem?

With all the advertisements that lasts longer than 45 seconds between each play, it is impossible to complete anything passed 3 boards.
- Continual ads that last 45 seconds and take 2 minutes to load
