Never activated but no refund and impossible to reach customer service

I was too casual searching for reviews of this program. I bought it thru Paypal from a company called Safecart but immediately changed my mind when I learned it had to be remotely activated.

I decided not to risk activation and asked for my purchase to be cancelled instead. They promised instructions on getting a refund thru email but it's been days and no word from either Safecart or PCHealthboost.

Tried to email the customer service listed on the receipt to ask for a refund but the email keeps bouncing back undeliverable. If this isn't a full blown scam it's as close as you can get.

PC HealthBoost is a big pain continuosly

Every time I open my laptop the icon for PC HealthBoost pops up then you have to thru 3 or 4 steps to get it off & it takes it's sweet time if your online long enough it will pop back up,it will also hold you up when you shut down,I will continue to search the internet for help in removing this pain in the butt,I don't want to download anything else to remove PC HealthBoost sometimes that leads to more trouble, why is it that a supposedly good company makes it so hard to remove from one's computer,it's just another pain

This is odd. You may have the wrong product name listed because I found several ways to contact them.

Another suggestion would be not using default settings, but the default settings are only set to remind you once a week. So this is a little confusing, it might be that you are using an entirely different program but got the name wrong. They often get confused with PC Booster.

You can call them (listed on every page on their website).

Write them: support@***.com

Snail Mail them:

PC Health Boost

I keep receiving "offers" for their "PC Health Boost" that I am NOT intereted in purchasing and I cannot figure out how to stop this frustrating barrage of offers..........I have tried using the uninstall feature on my computer, but that does nothing. I would call Inkline Global to complain & find out how to stop receiving these "offers" but I am unable to find a telepone number for the company. If anyone is able to provide their phone number or any suggestions about how to eliminate this frustrating garbage that keeps appearing on my screen I would appreciate it very much.

The product that you are looking from Inkline Global is actually PC Booster and the number is found on the homepage in the upper right hand corner +1 (86*) ***- ****. PC HealthBoost actually has a 24 hour US based call center that you can find on their website on each page.

I've never had a problem with the latter product. You may have your settings set to notify you too often, just set it for once a week or once a month reminders or never at all.

It sounds like you need to reset your settings so that you aren't reminded every time that you shut down or daily. You can set it to weekly, monthly or never.
