Original review Feb 28, 2024
Well it started out a T-Mobile home Internet thing on this website called pcc wireless that offered free phone service thru ooma and after I finally got all the what not and how toos out of the way they asked me for a credit card and I asked why they said it was a formality and so I gave it the next thing I know they are charging me like 54 dollars the first one and then 17.95 for the next one and so on and so on and when I called them on it and told them that my boss isn't being charged for his services why am I and they replied that they don't know that answer and I said well then remove the charges and I'll return the stupid phone and they said that they couldn't do that the charges were legit and I said no they aren't I showed them the website that I signed up with and they said that they didn't know anything about that to take it up with T-Mobile and I'm all wait so I've got to get in touch with T-Mobile when it's you that is charging me so I did and T-Mobile said that its ooma and ooma said it is T-Mobile and is all I asked was for someone to own it and neither of them would and so now I've got to hide my money because they A. Won't take the phone back and B. They won't reimburse me for the charges so at this time I'm asking for them to let me out of the whole thing and give me my money back because this is BS what they have put me thru and it's not even my account I set it up for someone else of whom won't reimburse me for it either she said to get the money back from ooma or pcc wireless whom advertise now that's it costs 9.99 a month but what they dont tell you is the service charges that amount to 17.95 a month and as you can see they took out the payment on the same day for 54 and then 17
