Resolved: Scam website is taking your money
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They refunded my purcjase.
I purchased a scanner online on July 28th, the website is https://pc-parts.ca/ The site looks very well done, it looks completely legit and I felt comfortable ordering even though I had never heard of them. I did not see any bad reviews.
The order went through, I received an invoice by email, a confirmation of my order and that I would receive another email shortly confirming the shipping. 4 days later, July 31st, still no confirmation email. I sent an email request first thing in the morning. The website states 24/7 availability by email.
no response, after sending multiple emails, with no response and calling at least 6 times. when you call the number, it says sorry, this number is no longer good. THIS IS A SCAM!!
I've already contacted my bank to dispute the charges.
Don't fall for it. Call them yourself, you'll see

I received my refund from them after they claimed the site is new and they have no merchandise to send me.
