The driver update software i purchased a couple if days after getting my 1st new computer in 20 years crashed it and the replacement i recd thinking it was a computer malfunction but when it killed it
,a different brand and specifications.
The 1st unit was a HP 15.5" laptop,16gb ram and 512gb hdd.
The 2nd unit was a Lenovo IdeaPad,14",8gb ram and 512gb hdd.
I had to pay extra because the HP was on sale @ 25% discount and was the last one they had so i had to settle for the Lenovo but alas,the software killed it as well.After a week of trying i finally reloaded windows 10 on to the Lenovo but no thanks to PC Helpsoft.
They graciously refunded the subscription but nothing in the way of apology or compensation.
Totally Pissed Off.
