So frustrated
- - Dr said he would prescribe antibiotics for bronchitis.

I spoke to a doctor in the morning of Dec 31st who was on the call with me for maybe a min. He right away said he would submit a prescription of antibiotics for what he thinks is Bronchitis.
I was so relieved, but NO prescription was sent through the app. I was online for 2 hours trying to this rectified. What kind of 'healthcare' system is this?
Dr got paid for his 1 min call, but failed to complete the transaction. I am SO mad.

I can't seem to find the correct email for the PC Health app. I apparently have a few different ones. I was on it on Thursday, July 24; I got some meds refilled. And now when I try to sign in, it wants to send a code to my old phone number, which I don't have anymore.
I have a few different emails:
cocoann71@***.ca and cocoann_1971@***.com
My old phone number is 506-292-****.
New number is 506-471-****. No clue how I got on, but now I can't. I even changed passwords. Any help would be appreciated.
