Good service, priced decent.
Bought a simple external dvd drive works great, was 29$+tax. Dvd drive is a asus, little slow but its a back up for me so its what i was looking for. Got thermo paste "compound" for cheap from them as well. Good with small projects canr complain im not at ibm talking to a million dollar tech. Does the job at hand out delay.

Always a good experience @ PC Corner
I don't go to PC Corner for cutting edge equipment. I go there for service and support. Case in point... my mother's iPhone got dunked in water. She lives in florida... and the apple Store and local service techs near her house in Melbourne were of no help. She sent the phone to me... & I could tell that the charging system was at fault. Took it into PC Corner and Robert was able to take it apart, grab a few parts fromanother phone and bring it back to life long enough to recover ALL of my mother's photos. And since I didn't need the phone anymore (case and glass were like mint), he traded the recovery service for the parts. Which was MORE than fair. Seriously, folks... where do you get service like that? Not from Apple... and no language barrier here.

It's funny how you bash the owner on here. You have so much time to write it 3 times!!! They have always been good with all my repair needs. If you don't go to them tell me where you go get your repairs?? Or maybe your a owner of a repair shop with overly priced that nobody wants too pay! Or your a rude repair shop owner that Nobody doesn't want to spend their money on!!! I really hope what your looking for Looks better n brighter for you!!! Don't go around Bashing Local owners!!!

PC Corner - Cell Phone Review from Newark, New Jersey
I bought a phone from PC corner. Phone was no good within a week. Called the store, they weren't willing to help at all. The guy that works there is rude. There is a huge language barrier when dealing with this store. I had to go into the store because the telephone conversation wasn't clear. They suck.. I will not refer anyone to that hole.

Pc corner who?they did nothing to fix my computer
do not do business with Pc corner in Irondequoit. they do not know anything about how to repair your computer. they were unable to diagnose and repair a simple hard drive problem. they are located on titus ave. in Irondequoit plaza. Perhaps they should go into a new line of business such as corn farming. a computer repair shop should have adequate knowledge of the subject matter and the proper tools to diagnose and repair the problem. It is amazing that people continue to take their machines to this establishment. i am sure that that there are many other people that feel that same way that I do.

the *** working there did not properly diagnose or repair my hard drive problem. he claims that it was my fault! how *** can you get? please don't take your computer there under any circumstances. i don't know where this guy learned what he claims that he knows but he's not very bright. PC corner is located at 525 Titus ave. Rochester 14617. He is a very rude individual and apparently thinks that he knows all of the answers. well, he doesn't. i really believe that he should change his line of work. perhaps a corn farmer should suit him just fine.

You're Full of ***, they're great. Sounds like you're the competition and jealous he's got better prices.
Owner wasn't helpful with our laptop at all. Doesn't know anything about fixing laptops.
He charged us $130 and once we got home our laptop didn't work well! Now when we leave our LP for a few min, go back to it, screen appears black and says, "PC going for a crash dump". He put a new hard drive in, we didn't ask for one, usually you notify the customer, yet charged us for it. We went there three times, the third time he quoted us $80, usually you call the customers saying it'll cost more, he didn't..
bill was $134.
I was very angry with him and I told him this, even one of his staff said he should have called us to notify us! Won't return to him, he knows this!
