PC Connection did not answer support line in over 100 minutes

I called the support line for PCConnection.com to check on the status of a backordered item that I ordered online. At this moment I've been waiting for an hour and forty minutes and I'm still getting a recording saying "all reps are busy, hold and the next one will assist you". Their recording brags about their "setting the standard for customer server in the technology industry", yet they can't even answer the phone. This is why Amazon.com is so successful, they care about customer service and answer their phones in a reasonable amount of time. I've learned my lesson and will never order from PC Connection again.
