I have tried to solve this problem myself without success. I purchased PC cleaners on Oct.21 reg # 4113-46**-**88-2959 and it doesn't work. I have followed all their instructions but it wil not accept my Reg. license number. Please help or refund my$38.94 To discover card. Thank you for your time and interest. Safecart receipt ID for reference is NWPC_U211011-*QVY. This was to be Microsotf user friendly but I do not think that is what it turned out to be.) ( 16 words are needed to complete this request and I hope that this is all that is needed.

PC Cleaner
I bought. pc cleaner thinking I bought pc speedy they totally ruined my computer to junk .
I had to buy another computer and I can't get a refund there is no response in that area . extremely upset
PC Cleaner is nothing but a scam! It caused conflicts with programs in my system.
It said I had all kinds of errors when I didn't. I called to get it uninstalled and was talked to like I was a child. Finally he connected me with a "Microsoft" tech. She was to remove the PC Cleaner and didn't.
She uninstalled it then reinstalled it. Whatever she did it didn't help because she was NOT from Microsoft. I finally sent a complaint to Microsoft and they called me and he helped remove PC Cleaner and all the malware it had installed. It cost $100 for Microsoft to do it, but it was worth it.
I also requested a refund with the message that I had talked with Microsoft and they had told that PC was Not a service from them.
They refunded everything! Pass the word, PC Cleaner is a SCAM!!!!
