I cannot logon even though I know my password is correct. Called Customer Support and you have to leave a message.
Emailed and they say will get back to me in 48-72 hours - that is unacceptable.
Tried all the options on the phone and could not get to a live person. Not what I would call "award winning customer support" - Worst support I have ever experienced.
