Can't get my balance refunded

PayRange - Can't get my balance refunded
I had to do laundry for a client and they didn't take cash they only took card through pay range so I put in $25 and I only ended up using $4 and I can't get my $21 balance refunded to me I can't get a hold of nobody the website tells you how to get the refund but it kicks me out it doesn't let me do it just be careful if you put in money they might not refund it

User's recommendation: Be careful if you putting money they might not refund it.
