Transfer never received

I have transferred an amount of 798 dollars from Payoneer into my bank account in Europe and I haven't received it in three months! They said they are doing the tracing and then they quit tracing my money without ever sending me a proof that they did this tracing in the first place!

They told me that I should contact the beneficiary bank and they can trace my payment. I contacted both the beneficiary bank and the intermediary bank and not only were they not able to help but they found the fact that Payoneer told me that the beneficiary bank should trace the payment RIDICULIOUS.

I asked to be re-funded by Payoneer and of course that didn't happen either. They just decided to close my case without the money arriving to me and they refuse tracing the money, so of course I consider this money stolen, and I of course wont stop till I get my money on my bank account or refunded on my Payoneer Account.

Please avoid this "institution" they are super un-reliable and not trustworthy!

Approximately five months ago, I opened an account with Payoneer and deposited a significant amount of 5900 euros. However, after just one month, my account was inexplicably frozen, and I was subjected to a grueling five-month verification process.

Payoneer demanded countless proofs of address, utility bills, bank statements, and other documentation, only to close my account without warning or explanation.

Upon reactivating my account, I attempted to transfer my funds to my bank account. However, the transfer remained pending for over a month, despite repeated attempts to contact Payoneer for assistance. Their response was always the same - vague promises of "further review" with no tangible results.

Recently, my account was permanently closed, and the funds have vanished without a trace. My attempts to reach Payoneer via phone have been met with automated messages claiming my customer ID is nonexistent.

Emails have gone unanswered, leaving me to conclude that Payoneer has callously stolen my hard-earned money and disappeared without a trace.

I implore you to investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action against Payoneer for their egregious misconduct. My customer ID is 7232****, and I demand immediate restitution of my funds along with compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.

Payoneer simply does not authorize me to edit my registration information. I need to remove incorrect information and put it correctly. Because of this I can't withdraw my funds and Payoneer keeps giving me the same answer, I don't know if it's out of cynicism or more of a desire to solve the problem. This is unbelievable!!! I have been dealing with sales platforms in my country and abroad for almost two decades, and only Payoneer has made me encounter this problem and there is no solution.

Community lawsuit against payoneer

Upon researching online reviews and complaints about Payoneer, I came across sites like Pissed Consumer, Complaints Board, Trustpilot, Ripoff Report, etc., where I read many (and I mean MANY) customer reviews spanning several years, all complaining about the exact same procedure Payoneer is using on me.

So, it seems this is not an isolated incident.

Almost a month has passed, and because I am tired of waiting for my money to be released, I will "escalate this matter to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a U.S.government agency dedicated to making sure you are treated fairly by banks, lenders and other financial institutions. Additionally, I will share this entire story with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICI J) because they also appreciate learning about such corruption cases."

When you eventually get this message from Payoneer "customer service" you know that you will never see your money again:

"I extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.

After thoroughly examining your case, I regret to inform you that it is still under diligent review and evaluation by our dedicated team. At present, we do not have any substantial updates or resolutions to provide you with as of this moment.

Rest assured that our relevant department is actively working on resolving your concern expeditiously but comprehensively and will reach out promptly once a resolution has been reached or if further information becomes available."

If you enjoy taken for a ride and been treated like a fool by pretentious meaningless bla bla bla

Payoneer is the one to go for. No competition here.

Please be advised, our provider bank has informed us that your payment is in invalid status with Post Bank due to: registration with incorrect bank account details. Please note, we have contacted our bank to request to recall the funds.

Please note that the process can take up to 21 business days and its success relies on the responsiveness of your bank to our bank provider inquiry, but may be resolved sooner. In the meantime, we know delayed payments can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. We will keep you updated about the process regularly. We thank you for your cooperation and wish you a wonderful day!" My response: Hi Fritzmyre, As no surprise comes your explanation for your delayed/ failed transaction.

The fault is with the customer, of course. The account information at registration is identical with the official bank information (PDF format) from the postal bank. And you should know that by now. It takes a "Payments Specialist" more than a month to come up with this?

If in fact the bank info was wrong which it wasn't - the money would bounce back within 35 business days. Won yourself another delay of minimum 21 days off on my expenses? "Rest assured" that this is either fraud or utter incompetence. You can choose.

Have a wonderful day! PS: For the 3rd time I am attaching bank info for your orientation Also, since Payoneer works "internationally", my name is written in Hebrew in your transaction sheet. Unfortunately, letters are written from left to right... well, it should be from right to left...

I am guessing Payoneer is simply ignorant. Hope not also Anti-Semitic What is really holding you back in simply transferring my money?

Want my paypal account? Since I do believe in Santa Claus, please do not charge me extra fees for your inability but instead do the right thing and add the legal delaying fees to the money you owe me already.

I have been using Payoneer for some time (about 5 years) as a payment platform from an Airbnb property. Payoneer was in fact recommended by Airbnb.

Other than issues with card deliveries, the service was OK.
I don't use the card often, and at most during a year maybe 10 transactions of small amounts around maximum $500 might go through the account. On 6 August 23, I noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no explanation. The blocked date was 14 July 2023. I contacted Payoneer customer service who said the company is doing a review of my account which is standard.

the 1st response was that the customer service agent has escalated it as an urgent request and my account would be active again within 24 hours.
However, under "my requests", it then states case has been resolved, which is obviously not true. I continued contacting customer service, and the same routine has been repeated now about 8 times, the latest being it will take 3-5 business days. Those 3-5 business days has now passed.
Strangely enough, I received a questioner on 10 August with a few questions which I answered. Under my account, it states it is still under review.
What is concerning is that Payoneer then updated their website saying they send me this questioner on 14 June 2023.

This is not true and to date I have not received any reason for the delay or the review.
It would have been super good if an email went out from Payoneer prior to my account being blocked stating it is under review and it will take for example 7 days.
Till date I don't know what the issue is, the response is obviously from a Bot. I have no idea why and when this will be resolved as their customer service is extremely bad.

i placed a call 1month ago requesting to withdraw my balances to my bank account and i was informed i would be called back or even be sent an email as to the reasons why i am not able to withdraw nor be able to apply other functions to my account including sending a message through your website.The contact number takes you around in circle their phone number connects to people who tell you someone will call you back and nothing no way to get around in their website THIS IS A SCAM and they claim 2.000.000 followers??/?? Someone should legaly go after them . STAY AWAY FROM PAYONEER IT IS A SCAM !

I was not aware you cant have 2 accounts. My account allowed me to create a second account and without warning my entire account was blocked.
1 week later and after spending $303 on phone calls, my account is still blocked.

Customer service are terrible. Very poor speaking english and all they do is pass it onto another team, which you cannot speak with. My business has been crippled, I have lost thousands of dollars in sales, I cannot pay myself and have no money to even pay myself to pay bills and buy food. To payoneer I am just another number.

They don't care!
If you are a business owner, they you would be very foolish to use Payoneer as having your account blocked with no way of accessing money is too much risk for any business.
I have never had an experience so bad with any business customers service in my life!
I will be creating a full Youtube video about my experience and to save other people from suffering what I have been through.
What Payoneer do to people and their businesses should be illegal! Payoneer need to be help to account for this kind of treatment.

Unless you are a top line manager, there is no point in us talking. Ive spoken to 12 people on the phone, sent many emails, had a long facebook chat and got nowhere.

Right now I am hearing the same thing since day 1 "please wait 24-48hrs". I get no updates and am left completely helpless. One of them told me i have an account manager as its such a big account...

well thats news to me!!! never had any contact with them!!!

Case ref number 230306-****06. I have been told to open a new account as the old one cannot be re-opened.

This is now 11 days in. As I can't run ads, everyday I am losing around $2,000 worth of sales. Just lucky my business is new and those numbers were not bigger. So I opened a new account.

I was promised it would be an urgent priority. Sent the documents for verification, but one document would not be accepted. A letter to confirm I had the authority to manage the account. I sent 17 versions of this letter, but everyone was refused because "It does not meet our requirements".

No other information to help. I spent 8 solid hours trying to work out what could be wrong. Searching on google, youtube, but nothing helpful. Then I called customer services and guess what she said "please rest assured your case will be handled, kindly wait 3 business days".

I refused to put the phone down and asked to speak with a supervisor. Around 45mins later and more huge charges to my phone bill, a supervisor came on. She said the reason could be because it was a scanned letter. She asked me to take a picture of it on my phone.

So I did and sent it while she was on the phone. She looked at it and said it would be OK now. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!! All of the other documents I sent were scanned too and they were accepted.

I have a high resolution scanner and the documents were very good quality. 8 hours of work to be told this!!! She said the account would be approved quickly. But the next day I received an email saying the document was still being refused and they did not know why.

Please wait while we investigate!!!! I tried to get into the new account to see if documents were being requested, but its now blocked too!!! You could not make this up. Without a doubt the worse customer experience I have had in my life...

Payoneer customer services are virtually useless. For anyone reading this that has a business.....

Dont take the risk. Go with a bank that know how to deal with their own customers.

Payoneer is deploying the same old broken-record tactics of upload, reject, upload reject childish time-delaying tactics again and again and again, hoping that the user would get sick and tired and forgo the funds so that they can keep it.

Payoneer back to the same old tricks again and apparently they are losing big money again and need to resort to siphoning off small users to use their funds to cover their possible internal losses on FTX and Forex.
Once in a year or two, they would randomly pick a few thousand accounts to "freeze" and then go on a merry go round with the user to ask for this and that docs, only to reject and then reupload and then reject again and again.
For those who can afford to lose their funds, the user would just forget about the funds and Payoneer gets to keep them, utilizing them for their own usage. That, as we have seen on FTX, can amount to billions.

All their BS about returning the funds to the original payee is BS because I have friends with hundreds of thousands stucked with Payoneer for years, not returned to the original payee at all.
I have seen and witnessed this too often and have written to mastercard a few times, and was advised that if an illegal act is committed, then I should file a report with the authority with jurisdiction. However, since Payoneer is HUGE, one or two complains would not make a difference, so I have decided to setup a domain and is encouraging those with IT and web design knowledge that has suffered at the hands of Payoneer to come forth to help maintain the website so that we can collate all the necessary information with a view to lodge an official complaint and maybe even initiate a class action suite.

Payoneer's so-called support is for show only and practically non-existance. If you are idiotic enough to use the phone, you will find yourself footing massive call charges without getting anything done at the end of the call.

Use the online chat and you will eventually find yourself stuck in a never never land, getting nothing done again. It always end with the standard "we will look into this" and "expedite" *** only to find yourself waiting for Christmas or another email asking you to upload another docs, and the charade goes on and on until you get so sick and tried of it, then Payonner gets to keep your funds to spend as they like. I have friends in Hong Kong and China who works as risk managers and tellers for Payoneer, so I do know what I am talking about. These so-called "specialist" are powerless and merely "apologist", whose only job is to delay, defract and deny all legitimate concerns from users.

It may appear that they are in a position to get things done, but it is not. Kiara should know better.

Balance Blocked

I have been calling Support Center for Payoneer for my balance locked status , everytime I call there are 24 hours added to my resolution timeline , they keep saying issues has been escalated and no one is able to resolved my issue, this is really disrespectful no one seems to take my issue seriously, they called me at 2 am just to repeate themselve "issue is escalated" - no resolution

To clarify, to receive payments, you don't need an active card. You can receive payments directly into your balance without requiring a card. Regarding the card renewal, the threshold needed is $100, not $200. You can renew your card once you reach this amount in your balance.

In the meantime, you can continue to receive payments and accumulate funds in your account or withdraw the funds to your bank account.
