I have booked an uber to Cavendish, the trip showed R50, I checked my uber again to request for one back, it showed that my payment did not go through, and the payment is now R65 I then queried this and was refunded the R15 however, I did pay the driver in cash but it seems as if the driver did not put this through onto the app and it shows that I did not pay anything, which was not the case, I would like for this to be sorted ASAP as this is an inconvenience for me as I am always using your services and I would like to be compensated for this.
