I cancelled my account months ago and I'm still getting billed!

They said that would give me a refund. However, I have not seen this happen to date!

Payment Depot and their sister company STAX are total SCAMMERS! I have not done business with them for months.

I canceled my account months ago and they continue to bill me $31.00 for monthly service fees! Every time I call them, they give me empty promises with no action to refund me and stop ripping me off!

MEMBERSHIP FEE IS 4X THE COST

I called into your office on two different occasions and left messages in hopes that I would get a call back to have my account adjusted due to the membership fee went from $20.00 per month back on Feb 2022 to $80.00 per month Feb- May. There are many other credit card companies offering no membership fee at all and I jest was asking to be brought back to my original monthly fee.

If this does not end up getting corrected I am changing my processing company. Please contact me at the phone number listed below.
