I called into your office on two different occasions and left messages in hopes that I would get a call back to have my account adjusted due to the membership fee went from $20.00 per month back on Feb 2022 to $80.00 per month Feb- May. There are many other credit card companies offering no membership fee at all and I jest was asking to be brought back to my original monthly fee.
