I purchased two pairs of shoes which were supposed to be a size 8 they were so tiny they look like they were made in China I need to return them they charge me 695 to purchase them another 695 to return them and they want to charge me another 695 for a new pair the representative was not cooperative and really did not address my concerns she said she could not help me

Told her this was bad service for the reputation of Payless and she did not care she said well I cannot help you and would not let me speak to somebody above her because she said the capability was not there. Very bad consumer relationship for pay less in the consumer I would not purchase from them again and I think they need to re-train their customer service representatives because they really do not concern themselves with the customers concerns

Twice they send me the wrong size of sneakers. This is unacceptable not very professional The first order the box read nine and the label indicated nine nine but the label inside the was 8 1/2 the second time they resend the boxes indicated nine and the sneakers size 9 1/2.

Mi madre se cayó en la sucursal Galerías San Salvador, porque su aire acondicionado estaba botando agua y se daño su brazo.

Los colaboradores solo llegaron a trapear y su encargado de sucursal, nadie, absolutamente nadie se acercó ni siquiera a auxiliar a mi mamá, ni a disculparse, me siento muy molesta por su pésimo servicio, íbamos a comprar 3 pares de zapatos y jamas en la vida compraría nada donde uds, Todavía me salí con mi mamá a la farmacia a comprarle medicina y solo se nos quedaban viendo, no sé si saben uds que si mi mamá empeora se puede proceder con una demanda. Increíble su falta de humanidad, que mal comportamiento, es indignante e increíble el trato que recibimos.

I love Payless. However recently it seems they are not the same. I ordered 3 pair of shoes. All 3 pair had issues. I contacted Payless and messaged with "Ellie". She assured me that a prepaid return label was on the way. I am still hopeful, Payless was always a good store. Even online. Just waiting.
