$250 was gave to them for deposit and they failed their own guarantee and promised to refund me.. But kept and won't answer calls
- - Hired to ship car for $850; paid $250 deposit with 3-day guarantee; price rose to $1,350, deadline missed, refund promised but not received, no reply.
I hired them to ship a car I purchased in *** *** to *** *** for $850. I had to give $250 deposit and they gave a three day guarantee to pick up or refund deposit.
Next to last day they call me and say have driver to pickup but it's going to cost $1350. I knew what was going on and refused. They kept making excuses for the price which was lies. They are known for this I find out.
So they missed deadline and said money would be refund in one week. That was middle of March and I call regularly and now they always it's been refunded and be in account in 15 days. I see the have no intention of refunding and now won't answer or return my calls.
Needless to say I am a pissed consumer. I need help.
