I tried to log into my flexible account, and I am not able to log into it even with the correct user name and pass word. I called several times and also emailed several times. I also followed the instruction to reset my pass word and security questions three times, yet My issues has been not resolved. As a customer who put money into my account for medical expense, yet not being even able to log into my account! It seems that the settings made so difficult for the users/customers, which I felt ridiculous. I have been trying to get helps from so many customer supports agents and from emails, feeling wasted so much time on my side, also Payflex stuffs' time, yet the problem is STILL THERE.

Customer does not believe in sexual equality ( if you are woman they talk down to you)

This company is listed in NE. I had an issue with a claim I could not find information on their site, which they always make you go to first. Heaven forbid you have to speak to someone. They have always been frustrating to work with, I usually have to send all of my claim information several times and then they sent you a threatening e-mail that they are going to deactivate your card. I know how this works, I am very familiar with insurance claims etc. Today I tried to call, got disconnected twice, they I finally got someone who barely spoke English who spent 35 min trying to answer my question, and when we could not help me and i asked for supervisor he informed me that my Husband knows about these things and he can fix it!!! Seriously??? Seriously!!!! MY HUSBAND, what century is this??? I asked for a supervisor he said they are only gong to tell me the same thing, ( which is no answer BTW) and then I asked to speak to someone at the corporate office in Nebraska, he could not do that either, after 45 min I just stopped trying. No one should have to feel like they are less than, I suffer from a chronic illness life is tough enough without feeling like this, shame on this company!!!!
