All earned points vanished. Terms only pro to their system

We take Payback membership for getting some rewards . Sales force try every effort to get members But do not tell the loopholes of terms . One day you find all the hard earned points are vanished . On writing to them , consumer (care ?)only keep saying , you should read the rules. But do not reinstall the lapsed point so ultimately customer looses the money. This has happened with me practically.

User's recommendation: They should tell the rules while taking membership & not pass the blame to franchises. Also important is they should bgive warning about the expiring points .Due to pandemic even banks are giving some relief period but this company does not even consider the grievance of shops are closed due govt guidelines due to pandemic.

Reinstall all my taken away points to enable use them.
